About us

HERE WITH PASSION FOR YOU

Delphi Research combines many years of market research experience
with analytical depth, practical relevance and a clear view
of entrepreneurial decisions.

Company

Research with conviction

We do not see market research as an end in itself, but as a tool for better decisions. Our work begins with the right question – and only ends when data has become clear, understandable and usable insight.

2011

Founding of Delphi

Launched with the aim of more closely linking market research with strategy, marketing and sales – in a well-founded, understandable and application-oriented way.

2012

Expansion of the consulting team

We value strong partners: the start of our ongoing collaboration with september strategy and research.

2015

The international breakthrough: a trendsetter study for a Japanese automobile manufacturer.

Trendsetter deep dive in a postmodern milieu — Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Prenzlauer Berg as research fields. A Berlin–Hiroshima partnership that continues to this day.

2016

Market research award: most likeable company

Launch of our first large-scale longitudinal brand tracking study — what began as a single project has evolved into a success story spanning more than a decade.

2016

More than words: the beginning of our partnership with the Multisense Institute

The Multisense Institute unites brand consulting, psychology, and sensory research under one roof — bringing a level of depth that traditional market research alone cannot achieve. A partnership that continues to enrich our work to this day.

2018

New home on Warschauer: inspiration included.

A new office, a new energy. Friedrichshain — raw, creative, alive — became our home for several years and shaped our work more than expected. Warschauer Straße as a neighbor is anything but a boring backdrop.

2020

Fashion meets research: partnership with Zalando Marketing Services.

Since 2020, we have been working with ZMS — Zalando Marketing Services — to conduct research for some of the world’s leading fashion brands. More than 50 studies later, this partnership remains one of the most exciting and productive in our history.

2022

Welcome back: Michael Walch joins the leadership team.

Some paths part — and come together again. Michael Walch, an experienced market researcher with roles at GfK, MRC, and Mars, has long stood out to us as an exceptional mind. Welcoming him to Delphi now makes us proud — and stronger.

2023

Dashboards that inspire: when data becomes even more fun.

Finally possible — presenting market research results as dynamically, attractively, and interactively as everyone has always wanted. The proof came with the large-scale rollout of brand tracking for one of Germany’s leading media groups — a sucessful partnership that continues to this day.

2023

Where aircraft once departed, ideas now take flight: welcome to Tegel.

With growth came the desire for more — more space, more collaboration, more possibilities. Our new home in Berlin Tegel provides exactly that: room for new ideas and the next step in our development.
